By far, the logistics and freight forwarding industry in the country has
mostly recovered its full operation, except in Wuhan where the epidemic
used to be the most severe. Some cities like Beijing do still have the
restriction that ratio of staff working on office cannot surpass 50%, so
staff in Sinotrans are still combining on-site office and home office now.
